Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Conduct consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored recommendations.

Sales Assistance: Support clients in choosing appropriate insurance policies and clarifying coverage details.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities to broaden the agency's client portfolio.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients, providing continuous support.

Policy Renewal Management: Follow up with clients regarding policy renewals and make necessary adjustments to meet evolving needs.

Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of market trends and product offerings to deliver accurate and thorough information to clients.


Qualifications

Insurance License: Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license in the state of Indiana.

Sales Background: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Client-Focused Attitude: A sincere commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

Self-Driven: Proven ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
