About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Yard Logistics Associate at R & R Lumber Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal teams and external customers.
  • Operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, to efficiently move goods and products within the yard.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills, with ability to count and record inventory accurately.
  • Strong physical abilities, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
