Job Title: Laboratory Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laboratory Solutions Specialist to join our team at Revvity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a territory business plan to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan to ensure consistent goal attainment and revenue growth.
  • Provide commercial leadership and sales support to laboratory clinical, operational, and financial decision makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value to customers and expedite winning business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and situational fluency to provide customers with accurate and effective sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and territory records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years sales experience with experience in life sciences or comparable experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with a strong ability to connect with others.
  • Self-starting, goal-oriented, and honest with great sales skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM reporting.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $64,000.00 to $96,000.00, with the actual base pay determined by internal equity, work location, and additional factors. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range that allows for growth and development within the position.
