En este rol, serás responsable de supervisar todos los aspectos de los proyectos de encuesta desde su inicio hasta su finalización, con un enfoque principal en expandir nuestra base de clientes y cultivar relaciones con los clientes existentes.

Este puesto requiere excelentes habilidades de gestión de proyectos, un agudo entendimiento de las metodologías de encuesta y un historial comprobado en el desarrollo de negocios dentro de la industria de investigación de mercado.


Desarrollo de Negocios:
  • Identificar y perseguir nuevas oportunidades comerciales dentro del sector de investigación de mercado.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para expandir la base de clientes de la empresa.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones con tomadores de decisiones y partes interesadas clave.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para generar leads y convertirlos en negocios rentables.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de la industria, condiciones del mercado y actividades de competidores para capitalizar oportunidades y mitigar riesgos.

Gestión de Proyectos:
  • Dirigir la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos de encuesta a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
  • Coordinar con equipos internos (investigadores, analistas de datos, programadores, etc.) para asegurar una ejecución fluida del proyecto.
  • Desarrollar cronogramas de proyectos, asignar recursos y monitorear el progreso para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Implementar medidas de control de calidad para asegurar la precisión y fiabilidad de los datos de la encuesta.
  • Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, atendiendo sus necesidades y preocupaciones a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes:
  • Cultivar relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes, entendiendo sus objetivos y metas comerciales.
  • Realizar chequeos regulares con los clientes para recopilar comentarios, evaluar niveles de satisfacción e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Anticipar las necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer proactivamente soluciones y recomendaciones para agregar valor a sus proyectos.
  • Servir como un asesor de confianza para los clientes, proporcionando orientación experta sobre metodologías de encuesta, análisis de datos e información procesable.
  • Proporcionar mentoría, orientación y apoyo a los miembros junior del equipo, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y productivo.
