Housekeeper Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies.
  • Replace dirty linens and towels with clean ones.
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting.
  • Assist with laundry and linen duties.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience or education required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
