Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest suites, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest suites, including bathrooms, bedrooms, parlors, living rooms, and kitchenettes
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
  • Secure lost and found items and turn them in to Security and/or management
  • Report any maintenance deficiencies or issues
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including answering questions and addressing concerns
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hotel housekeeping experience
  • Proficient in the English language
