Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Enter guest rooms and ensure that all amenities and supplies are in order
  • Make beds, change linens, and clean bathrooms
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and perform floor care duties
  • Assist with laundry and linen services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
