Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting
  • Assist with laundry and linen services
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • No prior experience or education required
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
