Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and demonstrate proficiency in the preparation of financial statements in alignment with GAAP standards. This role will report directly to the Controller and will involve close collaboration with property managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate monthly financial statements for properties, ensuring precision and adherence to GAAP.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide valuable insights to management.
  • Work alongside property managers to assess financial performance.
  • Maintain precise financial records, encompassing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in the formulation of budgets and execute audits.
  • Support the Controller with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in accounting or financial analysis is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Capability to work independently and meet deadlines is important.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
