Position Overview:
The role outlined below is essential for driving success in our Commercial Real Estate Banking division.

Upon expressing interest, candidates will be guided through the application process, including the creation of a profile to monitor application status and communications.


Client Management Responsibilities:
As a pivotal point of contact, the selected candidate will be tasked with nurturing and expanding client relationships while identifying new opportunities to enhance revenue growth.

The responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all facets of client management, including the execution of credit facilities, capital markets initiatives, and treasury management solutions.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for clients and prospects, implementing a strategic growth plan to deepen client engagement.
  • Collaborating with product partners across various sectors of the bank to deliver proactive solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Employing robust risk management practices to ensure compliance with credit risk standards and audit results.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports to senior management regarding new credit opportunities and market insights.
  • Participating actively in industry organizations related to Commercial Real Estate, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics, serving as a knowledgeable resource within the organization.
  • Mentoring junior team members to promote professional development.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented by relevant experience.
  • A minimum of twelve years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Banking, with a preference for candidates with fifteen years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with formal training in Commercial Real Estate credit preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, marketing, and sales skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a strong business acumen.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate sector, particularly in development and investment.
  • Familiarity with accounting, financial, operational, regulatory, and IT systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Real Estate Finance modeling.
