Asset Protection Specialist

Job Summary:
This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will investigate and think critically to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement solutions
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other community partners
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as law enforcement or security
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Work Environment:
Work in a retail environment, with frequent exposure to changing weather conditions
May be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
May be required to travel to other locations for training or meetings
Eligibility:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to pass a background check
