**Job Summary**
The Judge Group is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Area Director, Midwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the local strategy for our growth, managing a portfolio of sites, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Midwest region, including identifying new sites and opportunities for expansion
- Manage the financial performance of a portfolio of sites, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead a team of Camp Directors and Field team members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize program and systems improvements, ensuring exceptional camp results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site operations management, managing programs or services
- Proven track record of setting financial goals and managing a P&L
- Experience working with the local camp, education, or parent market
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing individuals and a team

Physical Demands:
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
