Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and services to individuals.
