Cemetery and Park Operations Manager

The Town of Milford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our Public Works Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the safe and efficient operations of our daily activities and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct the operation of light or heavy equipment or vehicles, including CDL-licensed vehicles.
- Plan and coordinate the maintenance and repair of town parks and cemeteries, including the installation of headstones.
- Conduct cemetery lot sales and provide excellent customer service to the public.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Perform a variety of related tasks, including snow removal activities as needed.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive responsible experience in parks and cemetery maintenance, and with landscape and snow removal maintenance.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid NH Class B CDL (Class A CDL preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
