Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining high levels of quality and productivity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure that operators are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operators and other teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
