We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Shift Operator to join our Parenteral Manufacturing team at Lilly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of our life-changing medicines.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, utilizing the latest technology to increase our capacity in parenteral (injectable) medications, device assembly, and packaging operations. As a Night Shift Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Providing training and guidance to junior team members
