Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for Advancement systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to document and enhance system business processes and data solutions.
  • Develop and implement reporting vehicles to extract and load data from CRM software.
  • Work closely with business partners to gain an in-depth understanding of their business strategy, processes, and needs.
  • Provide lead support and ensure consistent user adoption for enterprise Advancement Information Systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, such as business analytics, project management, higher education, fundraising, and nonprofits.
  • Experience with SQL or similar query language required, T-SQL preferred.
  • Blackbaud product experience strongly preferred, specifically with Blackbaud CRM.
  • Experience working in a philanthropic or higher educational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with developing and implementing reporting vehicles and using CRM software to query, extract, and/or load data.
  • Working knowledge of relational database architectures.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Highly adept at mapping system and business processes.
