Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Workrise - Upstream Oil & Gas. This role will serve as a key point for scheduling and management of medical examination programs, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage medical examination programs, maintaining accurate records and updating patient information as needed.
  • Enter relevant medical data into electronic health record systems, ensuring timely and secure data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to questions and redirecting inquiries on behalf of other team members as required.
  • Collate monthly medical appointment statistics, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Type letters, memos, and reports for department-related issues, handling correspondence with professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and update patient records, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and secure filing system for medical records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Prepare expense reports (CTREX), streamlining financial processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office support or administrative role, demonstrating expertise in administrative tasks.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, transmitting information effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing work responsibilities.
  • A strong teammate committed to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to prepare accurate and legible reports, presenting information clearly.
Location and Compensation

Located in Houston, TX, this role offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour, reflecting the city's cost of living.
