Position Overview:
As a key member of our Greenville, SC office, this role will manage ATLS projects across North America, focusing on risk management, contract oversight, construction and fabrication processes, commissioning, validation, compliance, and coordination within the Multi Projects Group.

This position is vital to the expansion of Fluor's project management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Fluor's prime contracts and relevant subcontracts.
  • Ensure that all project execution aligns with contractual obligations and Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR) and Implementation Plan (OSIP).

  • Maintain compliance with Fluor's prime contracts, particularly in client reporting, notifications, and project system start-up and close-out requirements.
  • Establish and document the project baseline as defined in the OSR, ensuring it is updated throughout all project phases and effectively communicated to the project team.

  • Deliver projects in accordance with established execution and commercial baselines.
  • Achieve the profitability targets set in the project commercial baseline and ensure clear communication of project specifics among team members.

  • Prepare a concise contract summary for project leads and ensure the scope of facilities and services is well-documented and communicated.

  • Provide strong leadership and establish an execution framework that prioritizes safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability across all project phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction management, commissioning, and operations).

  • Implement consistent operational processes that facilitate effective work-sharing across multiple offices and construction sites.

  • Develop and maintain the Fluor Business Risk Management Framework (BRMF) throughout the project lifecycle, conducting assessments and coordinating results with financial reporting.

  • Keep senior management informed about project status, including client relations, cost and schedule updates, risk assessments, and any significant concerns.
