About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based interventions. You will also provide education and training to individuals, staff, and family members on mental health topics and wellness strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing acute crisis situations and providing stabilization and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that meet the complex needs of individuals.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and provide comprehensive care to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals.
  • Provide education and training to individuals, staff, and family members on mental health topics and wellness strategies.
  • Manage acute crisis situations and provide stabilization and support to individuals in need.
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia
  • 1-2 years experience with Mental Health or Substance Use Disorders
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
