What You Will Do:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for focusing on high complexity products while supporting the timely and accurate completion of activities.
  • You will submit and/or track ECNs, and deviations as required.
  • You will provide review and understanding of assembly drawings (dimensioning/tolerances) and instructions.
  • You will review document packages for completeness, including Bill of Material, work instruction, test procedures, drawings, basic schematics, special instructions, etc.
  • You will generate time/labor standards and routings to enable an understanding of capacity, load, and efficiency.
  • You will prepare process flows and assembly work instructions as required.
  • You will ensure manufacturing processes are clear, robust, error-proofed, and repeatable.

What We Need:

  • You will interface with the Manufacturing Team, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Test Engineering.
  • A Bachelor/Associate degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Electronics/Manufacturing environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Electronics/Manufacturing environment.
  • You must possess a solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes and exposure to various component types (SMT, Through-Hole, Press Fit, Wire Harness, etc...).
  • You must have strong communication and organization skills – written and verbal.
  • You must clearly demonstrate flexibility and self-discipline to plan/accomplish objectives while multi-tasking and prioritizing.

Our estimated hourly wage range for this role is $24.61 - $31.12. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
