Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments.
- Stage and pack merchandise according to site policies.
- Execute ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments.
- Update FMS for parcel and freight shipments.
- Leverage handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Handle hazardous materials with care.
- Comply with 5S safety practices and regulations.
- Complete all required safety training and follow protocols.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
- Resolve issues related to receiving and shipment management.
- Develop product knowledge and operational metrics familiarity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and maintain equipment efficiency.
- Create expense orders for internal repair consumption.
- Demonstrate ISO compliance knowledge.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
