Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments.
  • Stage and pack merchandise according to site policies.
  • Execute ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments.
  • Update FMS for parcel and freight shipments.
  • Leverage handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Handle hazardous materials with care.
  • Comply with 5S safety practices and regulations.
  • Complete all required safety training and follow protocols.
  • Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
  • Resolve issues related to receiving and shipment management.
  • Develop product knowledge and operational metrics familiarity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and maintain equipment efficiency.
  • Create expense orders for internal repair consumption.
  • Demonstrate ISO compliance knowledge.

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
