About Soccer Shots: Soccer Shots is a dynamic children's soccer initiative designed for kids aged 2-8, emphasizing character development. Position Overview: We are seeking a driven individual who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about our mission. The Program Coordinator excels in project management and is adept at multitasking. This role involves overseeing the successful implementation of each soccer season through effective scheduling, marketing, and communication to fulfill our vision of positively influencing children.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily communication with parents, school administrators, and community park representatives
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all program seasons
  • Create and distribute seasonal marketing materials
  • Ensure the registration system and online calendar are current
  • Respond to inquiries via email and phone
  • Hold staff accountable to program and brand standards
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to enhance program quality
  • Conduct evaluations and provide administrative support to coaches
  • Train and onboard new coaching staff
  • Address seasonal challenges, making informed decisions and managing execution
  • Engage with program partners to foster relationships and gather feedback
  • Coach an average of 15 sessions weekly

Work Environment:
This position operates in a climate-controlled office environment part of the time. The role requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout an extended workday (8-10 hours); frequent use of fingers, hands, and arms for keyboarding and phone work is necessary. The position may involve lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and excellent vision skills (with or without correction) are required. The standard office environment may have moderate noise levels from computer equipment, customers, and phone conversations. There may also be exposure to an indoor/outdoor sports environment.


Work Schedule:
The expected working hours are Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Flexibility is required during start weeks, make-up dates, and special events.


Classification:
This is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours occasionally needed to meet deadlines and objectives.


Performance Metrics:

  • Timely, reliable, and professional communication, responding to coaches, customers, supervisors, and support staff within 24 hours.
  • Adherence to weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines, employing systems to stay organized and efficient.
  • Achievement of seasonal performance goals, exceeding expectations to promote the Soccer Shots brand.
  • Compliance with all company policies, representing Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:
