Nuvem, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and empathetic pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, providing essential support to the current pharmacy manager.

Our mission is to empower you in your role as you manage pharmacy operations and personnel alongside the pharmacy manager.

This role is for a per-diem pharmacist within a community health center environment.

As a per-diem pharmacist, you will enjoy the benefits of a retail pharmacy setting with a flexible schedule.

Your responsibilities will include fostering our pharmacy's relationship with health center clients.

This entails collaborating with clinic providers and their teams, delivering medication-related education, participating as a member of the patient care team, and attending clinical meetings.

Our primary focus is on patient health, compliance, and satisfaction.

As a per-diem pharmacist, you will uphold the highest standards of patient care, from advising on prescriptions to managing chronic and specialty conditions.

Additionally, you will cultivate a team culture that emphasizes compassion, enthusiasm, and pride by guiding your pharmacy staff towards achieving specific objectives.


Core Job Functions:
- Educate and support patients regarding their medications.
- Supervise staff pharmacists and technicians, as applicable, addressing knowledge gaps through training and education.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and management.

This includes:

Stay informed and compliant with HIPAA regulations and credentialing requirements.
Adhere to all relevant legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
Ensure that the pharmacy and its staff comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Ensure awareness and compliance with local facility policies.

Qualifications:
Required Education & Licenses:
- Valid licensure and certification as mandated by federal and state regulations.
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy environment; knowledge of 340b is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional patient service abilities.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Fine motor skills for repetitive tasks.
- Effective hearing, writing, and speaking abilities.

Work Schedule:
- Various shifts available, Monday through Friday.
- No major holidays or weekends required.
