- Quality Control: Maintain competency in performing sterile compounding and participate in quality control measures to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Medication Management: Participate in medication management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory of medications and supplies.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues related to compounding.
- Cleaning and Monitoring: Participate in completing and documenting cleaning and monitoring activities for sterile compounding areas, including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to triage and respond to compounding needs promptly.
- Pharmacy Technician License: Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Kansas.
- Experience: 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems.
- Certifications: Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb stairs and ladders.
