Job Summary

As a Delivery Expert at Domino's Franchise, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles before deliveries to ensure they are in good working condition.
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
Communicate clearly and positively with management and team members.
Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly.
Maintain ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing.
Handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
Assemble and fold boxes. Affix labels and promotional materials as needed.
Assist with prep work as needed.
Read order slips or receive verbal instructions to prepare orders according to specifications, often making several different orders simultaneously.
Clean, stock, and restock work stations and display cases.
Adhere to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Be capable of reading a map, locating addresses, and interpreting Global Positioning System (GPS) directions within designated delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers, take and process orders.
Superb ability to multi-task.
Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
