  • Drive the team to deliver on safety, quality, and production goals
  • Manage and escalate HR issues
  • Complete 30-60-90 and annual reviews
  • Coordinate between production and blending teams to ensure seamless workflow and superior product quality

Requirements
  • 3+ years of manufacturing supervision in Blending Operations
  • Experience with safety protocols and human resource management
  • Familiarity with blending processes, quality control measures, and production systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds in a warehouse environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with multiple levels of employees
