Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Ascend Payments, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect leads through in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals. You will also be expected to follow up with leads, move them through the sales funnel, and attend ongoing trainings to enhance your sales skills.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to network and self-market to gain self-generated leads. Additionally, they should possess a positive attitude, great time management skills, and integrity.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45k-80k per year, with top performers making 100k+ in their first year. The position also offers advancement opportunities to Territory Manager and remote work options.
