Data Science Lead for Predictive Modeling and Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to spearhead our predictive modeling and analytics efforts. This individual will leverage machine learning and statistical techniques to drive personalized marketing and customer experience.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver statistical models and machine learning algorithms for targeting and digital optimization use cases on large-scale data sets in a cloud environment.

The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in prototyping, testing, and evaluating algorithm performance both in the development phase and in managing production algorithms.

Advanced knowledge of machine learning and statistical techniques is essential, as well as ensuring the ethical use of data in the algorithm design process.
