Unit Manager RN Job Description

At Diversicare, we're committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients and residents. As an RN Unit Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our care team and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the care team to ensure patient/resident needs are met.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

Qualifications:

  • Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
  • Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
  • Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members, and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
