Unit Manager RN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager RN. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality patient care and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Ensure patient/resident needs are met and evaluated
  • Supervise and coordinate services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience
  • Work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care

Requirements:

  • Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in the long-term care industry preferred
