About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Nurse Manager to join our team at Gulf Coast Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing services in our Extended Observation Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and direct supervision to RNs, LVNs, and other clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, IDD, or dual diagnosis.
  • Current RN licensure in Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with dually diagnosed mental health and substance use diagnosis.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
