At Freightview, we are seeking a dedicated **International Logistics Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

A successful International Logistics Specialist excels in a fast-paced environment, adeptly resolving transportation and documentation challenges. You will engage directly with clients, guiding them through the entire shipment process. Many of our successful International Logistics Specialists advance their careers within Freightview in various operational roles.

****Key Responsibilities:****

**Ensure Operational Excellence:**

Grasp the processes, documentation, and terminology associated with international shipping from the issuance of purchase orders to the delivery of goods.

Utilize industry expertise and analytical skills to modify processes and devise solutions to challenges encountered both internally and externally.

Coordinate shipment tasks to fulfill all customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): booking confirmations, processing pre-alerts, regulatory filings, executing deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

**Cultivate Relationships:**

Collaborate with our international colleagues and third-party agents to promote efficiency, exceptional customer service, and innovative problem-solving.

Establish strong relationships with clients, responding promptly and following up on issue resolution.

Provide reporting and documentation assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.

Engage in customer business reviews.

Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and create solutions in response to challenges.

****Required Qualifications:****

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in Global Forwarding.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on client interaction.

Excellent follow-up with clients and the network.

High attention to detail.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Bachelor's degree.
