****Key Responsibilities:****

**Ensure Operational Excellence:**

Gain a thorough understanding of the processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from the issuance of purchase orders to the delivery of cargo.

Utilize industry knowledge and analytical skills to adapt processes and devise solutions to challenges encountered both internally and externally.

Coordinate shipment tasks to comply with all customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): securing booking approvals, processing pre-alerts, handling governmental filings, executing deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

**Cultivate Relationships:**

Work collaboratively with our international team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency, exceptional customer service, and innovative problem-solving.

Develop strong relationships with clients, responding promptly and following up on issue resolution.

Provide reporting and documentation support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Engage in customer business reviews.

Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and create solutions in response to challenges.

****Required Qualifications:****

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in Global Forwarding.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
