About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Scott's Automotive Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Appointments: Manage the service calendar and schedule appointments for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Communication: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and service needs.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate towing and temporary transportation for customers as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and vehicle information.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer invoices and payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
