Position Overview:

The Industrial Efficiency Analyst will be responsible for executing time and motion assessments, evaluating employee work patterns and methodologies to develop and implement strategies that optimize the utilization of production personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee time and motion assessments to pinpoint areas for enhancing overall productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Lead the observation and evaluation of operational procedures to ascertain the time and motion requirements for each role or task.
  • Analyze data and specifications to set realistic time and production benchmarks.
  • Utilize quantitative analysis to identify objective metrics for alternative work methodologies.
  • Employ industrial management techniques to formulate recommendations aimed at reducing costs and time, including modifications to work processes, staffing needs, wage structures, and equipment upgrades.
  • Design and manage all aspects of the production workflow using industrial engineering principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and refine wage and salary policies based on projected labor expenses.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in pricing strategies by establishing a cost analysis framework.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism in interactions with staff.
  • Proficient time management skills, with a proven track record of identifying efficient task execution methods.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.
