About the Role:
At Tiny Spoon Chef, we are on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Private Culinary Specialist to join our expanding team. Our chefs often express their surprise at the fulfilling nature of this career, and we invite you to discover it for yourself.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Visit and serve 8-10 clients weekly, managing their grocery shopping and meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace after each session.
- Participate in hosting exclusive events, conducting cooking classes, and facilitating corporate team-building workshops.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events based on your availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting pay from $24.00 per hour.
- Bonus opportunities and referral incentives.
- Medical and dental benefits after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of four years of culinary experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
- ServSafe Manager certification.
- State-specific Allergen certification (to be obtained within 30 days).
- A reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Familiarity with computer systems, email, and Google Workspaces is preferred.
