Job Description

At Redpath and Company, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll oversee client engagements, serve as the primary point of contact, and manage client work, timelines, and project budgets.

This is a unique opportunity to work with large, privately held U.S. companies, leveraging your strategic and creative thinking skills to provide solutions to their business needs. You'll cultivate trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, navigating complex issues and identifying opportunities for new engagements.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Overseeing client engagements and managing client work, timelines, and project budgets
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for selected clients
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new engagements
  • Providing technical guidance and interfacing with audit and tax departments to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Proactively managing client expectations and identifying, understanding, and solving issues for clients

Requirements:

  • Active CPA license
  • 7+ years of accounting, tax, or management consulting experience for commercial clients
  • Excellent planning, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and capacity to manage multiple projects
  • Compliance experience and positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
