About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Redpath & Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and driving business growth.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will work closely with our audit and tax departments to provide value-driven solutions and ensure seamless delivery of services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and build trust with clients. You will also need to have a strong understanding of accounting and tax principles, as well as experience in managing multiple projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships and provide strategic guidance to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Work closely with audit and tax departments to provide value-driven solutions and ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for new engagements and business development

Requirements:

  • Active CPA license
  • 7+ years of accounting, tax, or management consulting experience for commercial clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting and tax principles
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and build trust with clients
