  • Current and active RN license in the state of employment.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospice care or end-of-life care setting.
  • In-depth understanding of end-of-life care principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
