Job Description

BioPhase Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Orange County. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by reviewing and approving technical documentation, conducting audits, and implementing quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve technical documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to prevent nonconformities.
  • Collaborate with operations management to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Proficient knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA guidelines.
  • Experience with LIMS and electronic documentation systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
