About the Role

The University of California, Irvine is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager to join our Center for Clinical Research team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our clinical research operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise staff involved in routine research study coordination
Receive predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review
Oversees staff in execution of assignments; trains and mentors staff to improve quality and quantity of work

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a clinical trial professional certification from a professional society within one year of hire. Advanced degree is preferred.
