Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. as a Mental Health Interventionist in the community-based settings.

About the Role:

  • Implement sound clinical interventions and supportive services to enable children/adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses to maintain and function to the best of their ability in the least restrictive setting.
  • Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, supervised by a Qualified Mental Health Professional.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must meet one of the following qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 40+ hours of training, Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health services, Behavioral Health Certification, or Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus but not required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage are necessary.

Benefits and Salary:

  • The estimated hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
