Salary Range

The hourly compensation for this role is between $29.51 and $33.20, commensurate with experience and qualifications.


Job Description

As an Addiction Treatment Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for participants, conducting screenings, evaluations, assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include providing individual, group, and family counseling, while also maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating closely with the Clinical Supervisor to strengthen identified areas and complete necessary training hours.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field from an accredited college/university OR two years' experience in counseling, case evaluation, staffing presentations, and record keeping.
  • Maintain Substance Use Disorder Professional certification per WAC and possess the SUDP credential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in chemical dependency, family dynamics, and counseling.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain a professional image within the community at all times.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and computer proficiency, including learning electronic medical records systems and documenting client records accurately.
