Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sharp Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Tucson, AZ area. As a field service technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing office equipment, providing technical support to our customers, and communicating with them to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines
  • Provide high-quality technical support to our customer base
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Develop options to solve unusual problems and manage time, resources, and territorial considerations
Requirements
  • Mechanical and electrical mindset
  • Experience and training with Sharp preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer knowledge and ability to learn new technologies
