About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the efficient maintenance of Canon-supported products.

Your Impact
  • Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager, ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
  • Meet customer demands by providing timely and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
  • Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
  • Develop strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
  • Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
  • Contribute to achieving the branch/district's overall metric targets.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a High School diploma or equivalent experience. You should possess a basic understanding of internet environments and be able to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.

You will also need to be able to travel, hold a valid driver's license, and have an acceptable driving record. Additionally, you must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
