Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our power generation facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of facility operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries, and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to work safely.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all facility operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
