Position Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to enhance our operational team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of our logistics and inventory processes, maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and distribute products in accordance with established protocols.
  • Prepare and confirm all outgoing shipments.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and accuracy.
  • Ensure safe and efficient handling of all products.
  • Participate in general warehouse upkeep and maintenance.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong driving skills with a focus on safety.
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and inventory management software.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Kalispell, MT
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • License: Valid driver's license is required.
