At Michaels Stores, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee the execution of store recovery standards, manage inventory processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry, and be able to remain standing for long periods of time. They must also be able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Additionally, they should be familiar with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and manage your team to achieve their role KPIs. You will also plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs.

Some additional responsibilities include serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner, and promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values.
