Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President of Mortgage Lending to lead our Mortgage Lending department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our mortgage lending operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive mortgage lending growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end mortgage lending process, including loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing.
  • Technology and Innovation: Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline mortgage lending processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Market Analysis and Pricing: Analyze market trends, interest rate movements, and competitor pricing to develop effective pricing strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures for mortgage lending that align with the credit union's goals and strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of mortgage lending experience, with at least 3 years of management-level mortgage experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of credit lending and loan administration, mortgage lending, mortgage regulations, and mortgage-backed securities. Ability to motivate and influence others, foster sound relationships, and deal effectively with sensitive topics.
